Looking for some thoughts as to what to buy for AEQ piece #4. First 3 started as +3 THR +5% PQ.

Any value to +5% Pass Distance for a Pocket Passer, or maybe Field General?

Also, any thoughts or advice to the current bujld would be appreciated. Currently training Stamina before I move to Speed.

1 piece of pass distance % is good

Not a fan of field general

You stopped too early on putting SP into your major attributes which is why your effective level is lower than your actual level

also...

looks like you're a peyton manning type QB with a limp noodle arm 5% PD is a very good idea

also...

probably shouldn't go drawing attention to multi-accounts like that

I'd consider look off as my 4th AEQ piece... either that or Quick Read since you selected it as your extra SA. That way you can use your SP's for other important SA's or to build up a skill more instead of using it on the extra SA.
As for build advice, reddogrw is correct. Your throwing should be higher than 97. For a Pocket Passer arch, throwing is kinda the most important skill since it effects pass quality and accuracy. Strength is important to the Deep Passer arch but not as much to the PP arch so you can save a few SP's from there. Where you should try to finish is with 80 Strength, at LEAST 30 speed... I prefer 1st cap myself if not 50. Agility to second cap or higher... and stamina to 55 minimum if you play on a 2 QB team... 65 plus if you're the only QB. I think you can still hit most of those numbers but you need to have your OC keep the bombs to a minimum due to his lower passing skill. For short and medium routes he should be ok.

I'll keep the throwing and major attributes in mind next time I build a QB (or other position). What cap should the attribute be brought to with SP?

If you build another one, you want to pound Throwing early for his first season so you cane get it as high as you can. Don't even bother with other skills for some time your first season. You want to get throwing as high as possible then let training and ALG's take it over the top. Done right, a natural skill of 105 or better is easy to get.

It's for effect against Zone coverage and Zone builds such as LB's and Safeties. I have seen a few Zone CB's out there but not many. And I admit I had already started typing the response when I remembered he had gotten Quick Read as his bonus SA and added it in. Actually it should've been the first thing instead of look off. But look off works against Zones and not every team plays strict man-2-man coverage... which is why I suggested it.
