Is there a way to see the old teams you played for? I had some buddies on them and I would like to get up with their accounts.

if you remember the names you can search for them

then by the schedule there's a drop down menu for past seasons, from there you can watch a game and search players


no real good way to do it

They purge them at some point. Easiest way for me has been to look at my old retired players and then look through their old game logs. If you find box scores that aren't purged, you can click on your teammates players. Even if they are retired, it should still lead you to their agent.
