every one knows that officiating is terrible these days. how often do we see the play differ from the result? when that happens, the dotcoaches should be allowed to challenge the play as called. the dotrefs must then review the replay and make the correct call.

Those dotrefs who fail to get the correct call on more than two occasions, shall have their dotness revoked. They will henceforth be identified by a square.
