Why won't the game let me build a pass-catching DE?

JJ Watt is a pass-catching DE. I should be able to build one.

And no matter how crappy his build, since JJ Watt is really good, everybody who builds one should rule the stats.

You can build as many bad dots as you want. Just pump points into catching and build some AE. GL.
