This has probably been covered already, but can someone tell me why we don't have CEQ resets during the pre-season?

Cause GLB are control freaks?

I think because it's treated the same as AEQ where you must spend to get the equipment (in CEQ's case, it's flex) therefore anything 'purchased' (with flex or BT's or even SP's for that matter) cannot be reset. That said, it surely could be done like VA's and while the purchased 'bonuses' couldn't be reset, no reason the 6 points you put into skill - X could not.

CEQ is purchased, so you always have the option to buy new, or buy temp CEQ
