a bunch of cpu/empty teams are the elite? the #1 leagues should be the best at that level. just how hard would it be to include roster count instead of just record when sorting?

Placement is based on a team's performance the previous season. Those are the teams that qualified to be placed in the #1 league. We'll be moving teams around manually during the offseason like we always do. If you have an issue with your team's placement, please let us know.

oh, i know how it works, and changing the leagues would have been the perfect chance to fix it.

2 days until the season starts and regpro#1 still looks pathetic. 3 teams are going to fight it out for #1, 4 more are going to get whomped by the top 3 and beat up on each other, and 5 teams are empty or cpu. thankfully we have 10 regpro leagues.....lol
