do the guys who get off the line of scrimmage with incredible quickness (to the point where they have their man beaten within the first 10 yards) typically go with more agility in the speed:agility ratio?

eg. 140 speed : 100 agility or 130 speed : 110 agility

or is it more due to speed???

eg. 150 speed : 90 agility

you won't have more speed than a coverage CB based on 5 Major ALG's for WR and only 4 for CB's

You said have their man beat in ten yards. Done right that man is beat off the line-speed should be only 10-20% above agility. acceleration is key. Route run and FS are good, but max clear without a 90 degree cut can be done with AGI closer to speed.
