I am unable to get offers from needy teams now. Whats the deal?

If so, then the explanation is the dot is complete toast. Yeah... he probably kicked it early on and has nice stats to prove it. But beyond his current level he's gonna run into dots that will flat whup his tail and it will only get worse with time. Mistakes made so far; #1, you spread out your SP's rather than attacking his primary skill first and foremost. #2, you spread out his EQ points end even then you haven't kept up with his EQ leveling upgrades. Mistake #3, You've already spent SP's on SA's. Nobody that builds good dots does this (early in the build) because it takes away valuable SP's from skills which are far more important than SA's are (which are important but not added until much later in the dot build process).

Suggestion(s). #1, retire at end of season and start over. Guessing this is your free player so nothing really lost here in terms of money. #2, sign with D-league teams or CPU teams and just ride out the build just to see what happens. It's highly unlikely a team owner or recruiter will sign your dot at this point.

No matter how bad the build is(or good for that matter) should still get offers from needy teams (and CPU teams)

Sometimes it takes 10-15 minutes , refresh your page...or contact support and they will put you on a CPU team where your dot (good or bad) will play

CPU don't care, its like the Honey Badger of taking bad dots.

Yeah, should at least get some CPU offers.

And that build man... Oh man... So much of the suggestions above, please do them in the future. That second number after your level is the effective level. It means what your player looks like compared to others. EL (effective level) can be a bigger show of who wins than actual level.
