this is a tricky one to be honest.. you already got the catch %..
he'll never be a fake guy... and WR just don't break tackle as you can see the diminution of break tackle every seasons in your players stats. so I don't think break tackle % is a good option
he doesnt have any blocking so other WR would be better blocker. he's a good 3rd down target reliable hands.
I think what you could do is pump Run Route / Sticky Hands with SPs and end possession tree with AEQs... Maybe catch in stride. hard to say really I never had success with those type of WR maybe someone else did
Can't see the build but don't underestimate Jumping and any SA's and VA's that help jumping (like Jumping catch). Kboum is pretty spot on. My PWR WR never was a 'break away' guy but he could be counted on for catching in heavy traffic. Wish you'd chosen max height (it really does help) but getting jumping up there will pay dividends just as well.
