I was afraid it may be considered one but was hoping not.

I was in the final 2 of survivor entering the 3rd rnd of playoffs. My "rival" did not have any choices remaining, but I did. So i made my choice but ended up losing. I was hoping since I was at least able to make a choice, that I would be considered the sole winner but I guess it's still considered a tie since I didnt actually advance into a new round.

that's BS. you should pm support and request a review. i believe that should be considered a win.

it would be nice if the glb sim would calculate your highest reward win first, then work its way down. sometimes, you tie in regional minor, but you actually won a university league. the tie in the reg minor gives you less points than the sole win in university. the trophy should be awarded separately and it should be the highest league that you won.

furthermore, it would also be nice if the computer would calculate winners starting from world league and work its way down, ignoring any declared winners in a higher league. in other words, if you lost in wk9 in prep in a three way tie with jim and joe, but jim and joe both won higher leagues (pro and semi), then since they are not eligible to be rewarded points in the lower leagues, it should reward the entire sum to the remaining agent and declare him sole winner.

finally, they should give you a pretty big bonus if you finish all 20 weeks in any league. you think rookie is easy? it's the hardest. try finishing all 20 weeks in any rookie league.

it's nice that they offer league survivor, but it's become quite competitive and it would be nice to increase the reward points to match the difficulty of the contest.

Yea I can understand that for the most part. OP was more a rant on the situation than anything. I can see the technicality in it.... but imo I do think the fact that I could actually participate in wk19 with a pick should have given me a "tie breaker" so to speak. Will just have to do better next season. Still glad to grab the 115RP I got. gets some of my CEQ bonus upgrades

you have to really watch ties. couple of times, i tied for 2 regpro titles in the same season, but instead of at worst splitting the prize 50/50, i got rewarded with a lower league win that was less than the 50/50 reward would have been.

been in your situation many times, and nope, its a tie because you both WON the same number of games. think of it this way, 2 teams are playing basketball. game is tied, and as the horn sounds, a foul is called giving 1 team a 1 and 1. that team doesnt automatically win just because they still have a chance to score. they actually have to make the free throw to earn the win.
