Per the FAQ, "Veteran XP continues even after your player's skills start to decline."
Just noticed my dots haven't gained VXP since they hit lvl 79. Did I miss a change?
Then again, maybe the rate that they earn VXP has been reduced to such a degree that none of them earned enough to add a VP this season?
