I've had to take over the OC responsibilities, of which I do not have time for.
We are looking for an OC, that will actually plan for every opponent.
We're getting tired of set-and-forget gameplanners, that get burned by DCs that scout a stagnant offense.
Our record sucks, and it's not the players' fault...
You want to get in now, to get a feel for the team, that would be great. We're so much better than our record. We have a great group of talent that is more deserving of an actual OC.
