Does GLB still make changes to the game? If they do, here's one change.

When you create a defensive play you can only select 1 formation to assign it to. Why not create either a way to assign multiple formations or even packages?

Example: 21 Package (I Formation, Strong I, Weak I, Pro Set) maybe give us the option to choose multiple formations or package.

Single Back - 11
5 WR - 00
Shotgun - 11
Big I - 22

And so on.

Um, that would be the DAi, which was implemented and then scrapped back in the day, as offenses couldn't get past certain defensive alignments with the current playbook at the time.

Damn must have been during the time I took away from the game.
