I wouldn't put it down (PeeWees) but the whole damn mess needs some serious tightening up. WAY too many CPU teams... WAY too many leagues and divisions and all that rot.

Should either start giving free ownership for PW teams and/or extra free player slot that can be used for PW only. That, or just shitcan the whole league type.
