Currently in the D-Leagues and not exactly tearing it up. I'm thinking I should max speed and agility while training vision. Then once vision hits 20 I'll train carrying. Is that a good plan or should I try something different.

Sounds like a plan but Id start off with training stamina with just daily training. My 2 cents.

You have plenty of agility right now get your stamina up it takes to long with just training. In my opion i would train strength and dump a little xp in it

Now level 12 and I need some more advice

Strength. My "elusive" back would fall over if anyone looked at him. I put a bunch of points into strength and he breaks a lot more tackles now.
