I've brought in a LOT of good players for this season and I have even better players coming in next season. However my offensive style doesn't work well right now and I'd rather run the team and have it win, so I am looking to replace myself as the OC.

This offense definitely has a certain style that I won't talk about here. Send a PM if you're interested.
