I more or less did this with players that are D326 now but one team is casual the other is regular. I sometimes set the regular team on casual tactics and scrim them (did this a lot in the minors). Not the same as having two teams in the same playlist though, and the dots on the regular team are slightly better.

About 10 seasons ago I did, they were both non-boosting teams
