Used to be (or, still is - just not seeing it) where you could search for needy teams (still can) and then there was a link on that team's page that said something like "get contract offer from this team" 'cept I'm not seeing that.

IOW, I've got a pair of FAs that I need to sign and would prefer to have them on the same team. I don't mind being on CPU teams so that's why I'm looking there.

Well yeah... I know that. What I'm getting at is, if you click get offers from needy teams, you get a handful (6) but the frustrating thing for someone like me wanting both dots on the same time is, inevitably, they don't receive offers from the same team. used to be you could visit a team page that had needs listed and there was a link saying 'get offer from this team' but I'm not seeing that now.

It's really hard to follow you, tbh. You're kind of half way describing "search for teams" and "get offers from needy teams". If you're saying that you used to get offers for your players from the same teams using the "get offers from needy teams" you're misremembering. It's almost impossible to get offers from the same random CPU teams. They killed the work-around a long time ago to make it harder to get your dots on the same CPU teams because people were filling CPU rosters with their own dots. Essentially having a team for free.

The link that reads "get offer from this team" is under the "search for teams" tab next to teams listed (teams that use auto offer). A completely different thing than "get offers from needy teams" in which the system sends you about 9 offers from random CPU teams.

If you click on "search for teams" and there's no teams listed that means there's no teams in your dots age group that is using auto offers.

To put it simply...

Get Offers From Needy Teams = random contract offers from CPU teams (little to no chance you will get offers for both your DEs from the same team)

Search For Teams = Page where teams that use auto offers are listed and you can click on the link and have a contract sent to your player from the team. Depending on team needs it's much more likely to get 2 or more of your dots on the same team.

Those DE's are decent..why you want to play on CPU team?
