As late in your build as possible, depending on how many BTs you need to finish upgrading all your AEQ. As such, there's no simple answer that works for everyone.

This. It really depends on how you're building him. Also depends on the dots position and archetype etc.

Usually between D130-170 for a 4 AEQ build and day 200-250 for a 3 AEQ build is my experience. I buy more training enhancements than many people probably do though.

The only real answer is to use the VPB regularly to make sure to dont stop too early or too late.

Too early is better than too late though.

I endorse both of these answers. The math is simple once you get close enough. If I can do it, the math is pretty simple.

Yeah it would be nice if there was a way to train everyone on your multi's page from one area.

3 or 4 pieces of AEQ is usually the determining factor.
If you want 4 start earlier, if you want 3 start later (or even go with normal training for 3 pieces.)
You have to figure it out for yourself... (can't tell you how many times I've screwed this one up.)
