I got some PM's already, and when I look at who they are, they are unexperienced or only have 1-2 teams with no creditability.

My goal is not to lose 1st round in the playoffs. I'm trying to go deep and far.

You might try what I did needing a dc , I looked at upperv level teams and researched their dc, then I had a canned pm that I sent out to top candidates, it worked, but helps if you have good team/ roster to stary

If you don't know how to run a defense you better take the first person that offers that shows even a hint they know what they're doing. Legit DCs are hard to come by and elite DCs are not going to take on any more work.

EDIT: For a rookie team your options are even more limited. The better DCs have little to no interest in bothering with low level teams.
