As a DC who sees the growing trend of successful teams using blockers at the WR1 spot, I think it would be great if the WR spots could be tagged so the defense could properly adjust to this tactic rather than having to change a bunch of stuff or dig through the AI each time one of those teams is played, while also hoping that team doesn't decide to throw you off by putting a regular guy in at WR1.

Plus, it would also be helpful with poss. WRs, especially in the slot.

So please, in the DAI, allow a WR tag section along with the other positions.

Just tag the WR power? I guess that's the closest oyu can get to "bWR at slot 1" type. :/

yes, that is what I meant. Right now you can tag a WR which can help if they get snuck into that TE2 spot, but in the DAI we should have WR tags, especially now that teams are doing so well putting blockers in at WR spots.

Teams are using the QB slot to force a receiving receiver in at QB and allow the Blocker in at WR... you could make your AI adjust to that.

now teams are using Blocking TE's at WR, that one is always fun

Please adjust the tagging so the ai does all the work and I don't have to scout then actually adjust my defense.

So let me get this straight. You want to tag each individual wr slot or just tag that wr as on the field? Regardless that is going to severely fuck you up big time.

Among making some really needless work on yourself only to get fucked with.

Bull shit. What happens if you adjust your D to a blocking TE at WR1 but the opponent puts a receiver in there to throw you off? You lose, that's what happens. You're basically making the argument that there shouldn't be tagging at all, so I guess that means you don't use tags. If you do then your complaint is bogus.

yeah it would have to be by slot like the TEs have. I don't think it would fuck things up, I think it would allow defenses to adjust without having to alter the rest of the defense or hope that the team doesn't have a pre-set depth chart assigned to you that put the blocker on the other side or uses a receiver in anticipation of you adjusting for their blocker.

If we can have tags for the other offensive positions, then why not WR also?
