Filled my third ticket out for an issue that should of been fixed BEFORE rollover and the first has not even been looked at. This is turning into a joke.....

Support: Well now it is confirmed by an expert.
Another week goes by...
Me: So are you going to fix it?

Two weeks go by....

Me: I already know that.

I think they've fired all the bugs mods. I submitted a bug report on April 4th. Still have no response. I'm making sure to comment on the bug ticket every week, just to let them know I'm still waiting. My guess, it'll never be answered.

Euchrid said he hoped they'd have it fixed by the afternoon. I still don't know how they can fix it other than going forward, which would still suck for me.
