No chemistry hit for players who leave because of an expired contract.

edited,
No chemistry hit for "inactive" players who leave the team.

We can cut a red inactive player without a penalty before the trade deadline.
But when players go inactive when no transactions are allowed you get ding'd.

They might settle for 1/2 damage instead cuz while this seems like a great idea I am positive it can be taken advantage of.

Wouldn't that be like 98% of all players who leave teams?

“I’m in a hotel, and a hotel is the perfect place to talk to you about hotels using words. All you can eat is a hotel policy that allows you to eat all that you can. Hotel conference rooms are where business people sleep through conferences. This business people is going to be fired. The hotel pool is usually filled with water. Sometimes you have to check, but pretty much always. The best way to enjoy the hotel view is to look at it. And it is a great view. The hotel gym is short for gymnasium. The hotel lounge is where you want to do your lounging. Like this. And the best .com for booking hotels is Hotels.com, it’s on the internet but you probably knew that. Or maybe not, I don’t really know you.”

True, although I guess I should have been more specific.

No chemistry hit for "inactives" who play out their contracts.

You can cut a player that's been inactive (red) before the trade deadline without a chemistry penalty. Why should you get hit with a the penalty when your not allowed to cut him.
