There are actually 2 gripes I have.

The first is that if you build a package (offense) it gives you the opportunity of doing it via formations, which is great, but not all the plays are in whatever formation you choose, so then you have to go hunting.

I would love to see the playbook use formations as well instead of just being listed as short, medium long rush and pass.

I know its not going to happen, but I just need to get this off my chest.

The only reason all the plays are not available for you when making packages, is because they are not in your playbook. Once you have all plays in your playbook, you will have access to all of the plays available in each formation.

The playbook doesn't need formations because you normally want all plays in your playbook. The only reason you would not want a play in your playbook is if you are not calling a specific play in your Output and using the old school Play Type: Run, Formation: I Form, Rusher: HB crap.

I'm either being overly fussy or not making myself clear.
The default playbook has ALL plays in it, its HOW they are listed that I find annoying. I would prefer (like when creating packages) to have the option of choosing plays from formations.
