I intend to start a few more dots next season. Can we get some more info as to what the teams focus will be as far as gameplanning and strategy?

What I will say here is this:

I'm here to build the best team possible. POSSIBLE is the key word here! I don't have the resources or the desire, like some, to build an entire team for my self gratificational purposes. I support and am in favor of the TEAM concept. Where a small group of people join for a common cause, to be a part of something that doesn't offer much and has a very small level of excitement every other day. A group working together to get those Wins! From the QB's who wish they could complete every pass, Guards to make and hold every Block, LB's to make every crushing Tackle and DB's who only dream of making that Pick 6!

It doesn't happen over night, or even a few seasons. It takes Entire Careers! Careers that are built by the skills of Agents who know and understand what it takes to build Great Player Careers. Simply put, if players are not built as they should, they will fall by the wayside. It's a common theme throughout the game.

What I'm looking to do, is to make available a team that will do everything in it's power to do but one thing, Win! As we all know, early wins are tough to come by, and that's ok! But by season 4-5 we should really start to see how the team is in it's development. Later, I expect us to be a constant resident at or near the top of every top tier Conference in any League we play in. I want every team on our schedule to know and count on us to give them the toughest game they have or will play in our Conference/League. We will want respect and we WILL earn it!!

From this point, I would expect our main focus will be to Win!!

I will be the OC, I may not be the best OC, but I do know if we need 8 yards on 3rd down, I don 't throw screen passes!! I do try to put the team in position to score points every time we have the rock. I've been an OC for the last 10-15 seasons with teams from many levels. Not always successful, sometimes my own fault, sometimes bad execution by, shall we say, Dots? If I fail in my job, I will be replaced!! Why, because winning is more important!!

Zernez has agreed to be our DC, he has a very impressive resume, he is currently the DC with the World League's KC's CHIEFS and the KC's METRO CHOPPERS of the North American Pro League and many other coaching positions at most other levels. I think, with his experience, we will be the benefit of his expertise. This alone, is worth the price of admission!!

Sorry, you'll have to tune in to find out Game-planning and Strategy (however, I will add our Main Strategy now is to "BUILD STRONG").

1st Contracts will be 3 yr deals, that's my commitment to the players.

However, I need your commitments first!!!
