Good morning everyone!
I will be starting a season 41 team, and I'm looking for a staff, starting with OC, DC and STC. The ideas behind this team are:
1. Provide coordinating and other staff jobs to people who do not own teams, or have not had opportunities to do so.
2. Provide clear expectations of the dots, so they know what they agreed to do
3. Add another team to GLB to keep it going
4. To have a variety of agents (no more than 4 dots per agent on the team)
The OC's responsibilities will be as follows:
Hire scouts (up to two) for the offense, if they'd like (those scouts must not be LOL scouts, but do actual scouting)
Recruit and sign 25 offensive players (within the budget), 10 of which will be available on returns/XP. These players need to know their roles before signing (to eliminate confusion and issues down the road)
Run the offense weekly (This does not mean a new gameplan each week, but this does mean don't set it once and forget it)
The DC's responsibilities will be as follows:
Hire scouts (up to two) for the defense, if they'd like (those scouts must not be LOL scouts, but do actual scouting)
Recruit and sign 25 defensive players (within the budget), 10 of which will be available onkicks/punts/XP. These players need to know their roles before signing (to eliminate confusion and issues down the road)
Run the defense weekly (This does not mean a new gameplan each week, but this does mean don't set it once and forget it)
The STC's responsibilities will be as follows:
Recruit and sign 5 special team players (This includes returners, STOPs and K/P)
Set ST depth chart, and tactics (if applicable)
To apply: Simply PM me with a small blurb on what sort of offense/defense/ST you want to run, if you will want scouts, and why you're interested. Applications (via PM) will be taken until midnight Monday, and offers will be PM'd to the candidates by midnight Tuesday. Preferences will be given to coordinators that do not own teams.
