I know this has been talked about here before but I just can't find it.... So.........

If "the powers that be" take a good look at this, here are some good reasons to do this.

If you go back to Season 10 only..... Owners have had the team for 30 Seasons.
That's 12000 Flex Points spent. And if you go back to Season 1.... 16000 Flex Points spent.
How can you NOT show some appreciation for the people that have helped keep this game going
by owning a team.

The way I look at it, if you bought a team and never sold it, you deserve some credit for
being a good owner. Look at it this way..... We all reset our teams every once in a while.
This Alone is Flex spent by the agents who build for that team. We keep this place with
money coming in.

I feel that anyone who has owned a team for 30 or more seasons deserves some Bling
in the Trophy Case. Very Special Recognition for those who have owned their team since
Season 1.

It's about time GLB thanks us with something other than just a type written "Thank You" !!!!!

It need not be a Trophy.... a silver for 30 and a gold for 31 or more would be nice.

Is this one of those liberal, everyone is entitled type of threads?

and how many of those teams have not been actively run for 10-20-30 seasons tying up server resources with meaningless blowouts?

Why would it be. What I'm suggestion is for people that have owned their teams for
30 or more seasons. Not everyone is a team owner for that long. Your question
doesn't make any sense.

I see your point Guppy. I would think there should be some restrictions as to how long the team has been
inactive, yes. Someone who owned the team for, say 30 seasons, and 10 of those were "inactive" would
not actually qualify. BUT keep in mind, that team was paid for each and every season by the owner.

edited the title to what I think will bring more traffic, otherwise people will think it's just asking for free seasons etc (which wouldn't be allowed in suggestions forum)

this way maybe some people read it actually


I don't see why owning a team or a long time can't be a trophy... or maybe a separate achievements case with some other stuff (was put into GLB2)

It would be cool to have some kind of recognition for number of seasons played (would have to have a way to weed out the long term absences from those that are actually always here)... and for team ownership (for active seasons ONLY.)

A trophy would be Great or a Certificate.

I think you get a trophy when you win something!!

Unless this is Kindergarten. Then everyone can have a trophy so nobody feels left out.

I have suggested that before. Just give everyone a trophy at the end of the season and nobody is unhappy!!

The bitching and panty wringing would end.

Its not like the electronic gif trophies cost a lot to have made up...
