I have always assumed all GM's and agents with dots on the team had access. Played a private scrim today, and our LB (and lolGM) is saying he can't view the scrim receiving the standard : "Sorry, this game is private, available to the participants only."

Try giving him "Scout" access and see if that lets him see the game.
