This is no playoff sim, just playoff cares.
If you're dumb enough to try to re-use your exact same gameplan from your regular-season matchup in your playoff matchup, and if your opponent is smart enough to put together a gameplan specifically designed to attack what you did in the regular-season matchup, you're gonna lose. And if your ego is too fragile to admit that you got out-smarted, you'll invent a mysterious and arcane "playoff sim" to explain your loss so that you don't have to accept any blame yourself.
(By the way, "you" is a rhetorical "you," not a specific "you." Just want to clarify.)

Well, when your defense gets a shutout, against a very good team...will probably win the championship, and they're ST's is meh, but they just happen to get 3 ST's TD's to win the game...something just seems fishy. Especially when your ST's is not known for giving up TD's at all.
Not sayin, Just sayin.
Not sayin, Just sayin.

Which game?
Might very well be that your opponent, seeking any edge they could get, scouted your Special Teams coverage units and figured out a weakness that could be attacked with clever placement of their own ST blockers on the depth chart. Teams have been known to try stuff like that before, especially "very good" teams.
Or they just got lucky. Sometimes that happens.
Or maybe your ST unit isn't as good as you think it is and your luck ran out today against what you yourself called "a very good team." Sometimes that happens too.
If want to just blame some mythical playoff sim and refuse to believe that maybe you could've done something different to turn this loss into a win, you'll learn nothing from this loss... and you'll continue to lose games in this fashion, especially in high-pressure situations where your opponent's care level is higher.
The choice is yours, my friend. The choice is all yours.

Or maybe you forgot to throw out some other erroneous situations you probably forgot to mention.

Each time the scorpions were beat on the return teams right side. Their right side was just better at blocking one on one than your left side were at breaking the blocks on those returns. That gave their returner a gap to run into those times and he made a break.

My team had 3 turnovers all season, 4 in the 2nd round of the playoffs. Playoff sim strikes again!

I actually watched the sims, the team who returned 3 TD's had DT's, DE's and safeties blocking, and blocking well. That's messed up
