Are there still any? Or leagues?

I have some kickass players who are going to be looking for teams and wasn't sure how screwed they would be. They aren't quite as good as the others their age, but they are really good anyways. But, that means they potentially lose PT.

A bunch of no/no teams. Hell they beat Dub's boosted teams all season..

I'm pretty sure I've never had a team lose to a non-booster...ever.

One just beat my team in 2nd round of playoffs

I could have tried harder...but we did have them by 5 natural levels at sim time...

I'm not talking about to that one and done shit. I can assure you I've never lost to a non-booster in anything outside of PW or rookie. Even then, you would have to search hard to find more than one.
