We are told to create a new support ticket if one seemingly "slips through the cracks", but we aren't supposed to recreate a thread if it randomly is deleted. Just how does a support ticket slip through the cracks anyways? Should the support system be repaved because of weathering??

: pondering:

I've discussed on many occasions with them their broken processes, and they have no idea what is and isn't a process so, meh.

Oh, they have a process.

1.) If the problem is actually the agent's own fault, point it out as bluntly as possible.

2.) If it's a minor and easily-solvable problem, fix it if they feel like fixing it. Or not. Y'know, whatever.

3.) If it's something that one of their own staffers fucked up horribly, ignore all attempts to discuss the problem and hope the agent goes away. If the agent doesn't go away and takes it public in the forums, slap them with a forum ban to make them go away.

That is technically a process. Not a good one, but a process nonetheless.

Or, sometimes just for a change of pace, they'll just randomly close your ticket without actually doing anything about it. Y'know, for variety's sake.

I think I know what we should do to fix our problem. Instead of going to support first, post your problem here first. Then everyone will message support with your problem until it is fixed.

I tried that... see my link.

Actually, now that I think of it, it worked, so...

I was lead to believe these so-called cracks were to be taken care of in the last economic stimulation package the federal government handed out. Could be wrong though...

So you didn't find one of the cracks, or were you referring to the housing bubble?
