How much of an effect does Carrying have on clean catches on picks, and the ability of the defender to start his return quicker? I know with Offensive players it allows them to continue moving better while securing the catch (or so it was a long time ago when I paid much more attention to the intricacies of the physics involved).
Does it have the same effect on Defensive players making INTs. If so, some of the guys that didn't take a break from the game for about 10 seasons like I did, what's a good recommendation for Carrying if you want your defender to start his returns quick enough to be productive?
