Did we go back in time?

- Fixed layout on inbox column widths and added game column, so messages sent from glb2 will show up with "2" icon

- Fixed an issue with cache not updating when adding private forums from directory

- Some features merged into forums from GLB2 forum code - ignore, quick PM and chat, shared cache with GLB2 forums now

- New inbox structure changed to have 2 separate delete queues for messages again - 500 private messages, 300 automated messages. One will not cause the other set to be deleted
- You can now mark up to 100 messages to be saved (instead of 25 previously)
- You can now set your PM access control to use a white list instead of a black list
- Inbox data/structure updated to prepare for additional WG site launch

After coming back the other day I wanted to build some players and use names that I'd used before, according to my homepage I've only made 5 retired players
