Safeties. Probably FS if there's any difference at all (between the safeties).

I think it's the same for FS and SS but typically a FS has a closer build to a CB than a SS.

have you ever tried to watch a FS playing in the CB slot in coverage... the OOP appears to be way too high and you will get beat all day long. You'd be better off signing a CPU CB.

Bort said a while back in one of his random post replies that a oop penalties for positions close to each other was 5% and one extreme out of position penalty like a RB to QB was 30%. This was what he actually said so I'm not just assuming like a lot of people do on here

Optimal and best of worst options isn't the same thing, tbh.

As far as better off with a CPU CB than a FS, not sure about that bro.

Most likely it's the FS. Same issue as with any other dot OOP, you are giving your opponent and advantage.

Yep, if you're playing a mediocre or worse team it doesn't really show up. If you are up against a team that is at least your equal it will be obvious.

Just thinking about teams that have a huge blocking WR, or flat out use a blocking TE at WR.

No different issue, good dots will beat the OOP TE, and he will do well against bad dots. Of course, the idea is to plan to beat good teams. Planning to beat bad teams will not go well when you play the good ones.

I once believed Bort when he said Confidence was the most underrated attribute too..... be careful.
