I'm trying to even out playing time across dots. I thought I could do it by setting HB1 and HB2, then giving half of the formations to each on the formation depth chart. From scrims, that doesn't appear to be working.

Am I doing something wrong? What is the best way to even out PT? Any recommended replace/return settings for energy tactics to accomplish this?

Thanks in advance!

That will only work if you're calling plays from the HB1-formations half of the time and from the HB2-formations the other half of the time. Odds are you're not... and even if you are, that's probably not a very smart way to run your offense anyway.

I think you're over-thinking this. I assume you have two HBs you're trying to split time for, correct? Put both in the same depth chart slot and use an energy setting of 98/99 for that depth chart slot. Then, watch and adjust as needed. If they both have similar levels of Stamina, this will probably work. If not, you may have to try swapping their order in the depth chart, or trying settings like 80/81 if the dot on the bottom of the depth chart is getting more snaps than the dot at the top.

Thanks, guys I really appreciate the thoughts. I'll play around with energy settings and adjust. This is my first season to own a team, and I want to make sure I'm fair to agents who brought dots over to my squad even though I'm a noob.

I find 98/99 works better usually, but it's worth trying 99/1 if 98/99 doesn't do the trick.
