Normally I see these threads and think "fix ur AI" and I rarely have problems at the end of game; however, the end of half/time out logic is broken.

If you have the ball with +40 seconds left on the clock and multiple timeouts and you complete a pass within FG range, you should be calling a time out. Period. At that point your AI can determine what's next, whether you kick the FG or run another play with the clock stopped. It should never ever just go into the next half, and we all know it.

This is way overdue, please fix asap IMO.

Hmm, I've never noticed that it doesn't call a time out.

Sounds like you may need to fix your AI a bit better. Though I can't see your AI or know what game you are seeing this happen.

It's a timeout issue, not an AI issue. The last time this occurred was a private game. Team had used 2 timeouts; one remaining. Ball on own 44 (clock stopped), 37 seconds remaining, pass complete for 13 yards to Opp 43 yard line. Next play was a kickoff.

It called a timeout at 45 seconds left, then again with 42 seconds left...but with 37 seconds, no timeout at the edge of FG range??

Have to ask Bort how big it is, but there's a random factor in how much time expires during or between plays. I recall I lost a game once to a team that ran 2 plays with less than 10 seconds and no timeouts.
