Your Flex Points are already transferred from GLB Classic to GLB2.
If you look on the lower left of the toolbar on the bottom of your screen, you'll see a number with a coin next to it. Those are your Flex Points. When you switch between Classic and GLB2, that number should stay the same.

This, the flex is usable for any Warrior General games (currently WG only has GLB classic and GLB2)
so therefore this is already implemented
