WTF is wrong with support? I mean really 12 tickets a day and it takes hours/days to handle each one? 120 minutes and these can be handled. I mean for goodness sake 12 a day can get a reply saying need to wait for bort or something. Wow pretty sad state of affairs I'd say.

Putting aside the BS about our workload... I'm sitting in a room with Bort right now. I asked him about the thing you wrote in about this morning, will PM you once I get home. It is going to be ok.

If it's been a few days and your issue hasn't been resolved it's OK to send an Admin a reminder. That's kind of what we're here for. If you're implying you're shy about getting in touch with us, though, I want to know who you are and what you've done with The Avenger.

Not shy, but i did get a "let me go find out" reply. Its a sim question, prob only Bort could answer. I dont want to submit a bugs ticket on it because its not exactly a bug, but i have exactly 50+ examples of something not working as its intended or even written by this site is all.

Maybe someone can post a weekly update. How msny support requests received and how many processed. That way we know for sure and eliminate the BS ?
