Step 1) Don't screw it up.
Step 2) Add your first SP.
Step 3) Realize that you screwed it up when you chose the worst traits and when you made a really tall and fat guy, when your coordinator needs a small skinny guy.
Sted 4) Retire.

The only build guide you need is "don't take attributes below 3 unless you know what you're doing".

You can only retire after picking traits, before that the player doesn't exist.

Your question doesn't make much sense.
