Wasnt the DAI supposed to be set so that these routes that crossed near center and then went weak would be covered by the weak side assignment rather than the strong side one?

That link you show isn't the issue that was fixed. That back crossed the LOS on the strong side so the strong side cover guy gets the job.

It's flagged as a strong side route because the initial movement is slightly to the strong side. Ask them to change it to a weak side flag and it might get done by 2015.

it's a strong side route. fix your DPC; at the very least so the defenders don't run into each other.
