I am unable to get replays to play with my new computer...any suggestions on what I need to do?

Normally I'd say he's being facetious... but he has a point. Sounds like either an issue of missing software, incorrect software, or incompatible software. Have the dealer check it out.

Is Java needed? Just learned the rt surface does not allow Java...ughhhh
