I have a few (11) HB on my team and I am trying to get them somewhat closer range of plays. Any energy settings that someone can recommend?

99/100? I mean, they should run a play and hit the bench at that point I would think.

You likely aren't going to get them equal time without putting them out of position in places. Best case scenario you put them in at returner or other ST's area's, FB, and HB.

You have 11 HB's?! Put them all at WR and run 5 WR every play.
They can't catch for shit.
I'm not worried about PT since they get XP no matter what. I am messing with builds for shits and giggles, and want to see the differing results. .

lol I was just stating the only realistic way they are going to get similar playing time without just rotating them in each game.

but if you are serious, you could put 4 at RB, 4 at RB1 and 3 at RB2
Use RB only for 1st downs, RB1 only for 2nd downs and RB2 only for 3rd downs. That would give you a very close to even # of snaps I would imagine
