Do we still boost to 25 as soon as we are able to (lvl 22)?

Most agents boost @ lvl 21 and 950 xp - means you get a boost for the game and then hit 25 after the game and get your 2 VPs

Sometimes it works out to where dots are level 21 with 500 XP. As mentioned by zz man, it's best to boost before the game on this day (would have been yesterday) to get the boost before the game and to make sure you are level 25 at rollover so you not only get 2 VP's, but start to compile VXP at rollover.
