My friend contacted me this morning and said he cannot login. He states there is the normal login screen but now in the upper left corner is a second set of login bars. When he tries to login, it says his information does not exist. He logs in every day and has his information saved to his computer so he's not mistaking his password or anything. The other part is that when he tried to recover his password, it stated his username did not exist. I searched him and it came up no problem. What is going wrong and how can he fix this? Thanks for whatever help would be provided.

Have him email us at support@goallineblitz.com and we can work it out with him directly.

the new GLB chat system and all that really fucked up a lot of different things.

I would attribute your friends problem to this as well.

I hope that's all it is. He spent too much on flex to lose it all haha.

He said he emailed support a few hours ago and was wondering how long until he might hear a response? I let him know the new chat feature was affecting the entire site and that it might be a while. He has teams he needs to manage and cannot.

youve been playing for like 5 years. we're all pretty fucked up.

i hope your 'friend' gets this fixed.

I know what you're implying. It is a friend. He doesn't have access to the forums to ask any one for help because he can't login. He's spent a bunch of money on flex points so he's freaking out because he doesn't want to lose his account. Can't say I blame him.

On a side note, he said when he tried to enter his email for the "forgot password" button, it goes to some error screen. Something about 500 internal server error.

has he tried ignoring that new set of log in bars?

I just use the old ones, works for me.

but I have issues logging in from my iphone

He said he tried using both, then each one individually. He said he gets the same message about an invalid username/password on his phone.

I absolutely can not login using my iPhone. This is a problem because it's the only way I can log in from work/

yea, I got a lot more work done today than usual.
