Welcome to the third consecutive season of my rankings. These rankings come at you on a game-to-game basis and usually rank the top 10 teams as of the day of writing. These rankings are ONLY based on regular season games. Preseason, tournament and scrimmage games will not factor in to any rankings I post unless I state otherwise.

1. Whodey's Experiment - How could I not have ranked the defending champs #1? WE is on top of his game right now and he is pushing to get back to the top. Everybody that has ever experienced success knows that getting to the top is hard, but staying is far more difficult. I'm excited to see the product that WE puts on the field in S38.
2. Royal Cocks - They started off the season with a win over a solid Subversive team. Royal always puts out a good squad, but they just can't seem to get over the hump. Royal has won a playoff game in every season since season 34 except last year. Will this be the year Royal steps up?
3. Brethern Krewe Redbeards - Going into their third season in PWG, it is time for the Redbeards to make the step up and win a playoff game. Last year my squad lost only 3 times in the regular season, but couldn't make it past round 1. I definitely don't think we are the 3rd best team in the league, but right now our victory over Minnesota is as impressive as any.
4. Fighting Gamecocks - I am always nervous about new teams coming into PWG, but I've got no nerves about the perennial powerhouse Gamecocks. jkid always puts out a quality squad and I've got no doubt that S38 will bring the same.
5. Short Bus Window Lickers - I feel like I'm shorting LE by putting him at 5, but maybe it is just nerves from last year's few regular season losses
. SBWL started slow last year, but came back HUGE toward the end. I've got no doubt that LE will put out another strong year.
6. TazVikes Nordica - Well, his offense failed to show up in week 1.... Taz always has as great offense and I don't expect any changes this year. If he can get that defense to play as good as that offense... Watch OUT!
7. Chicago 85' Bears - I feel comfortable saying that most of PWG would join with me in saying that going into the playoffs, everyone would have been surprised to see Gerr's group fall off in the second round. I'm not really sure what to expect from this team in season 38, other than around a dozen wins and a high seed.
8. All Pro Falcons - AI pulled in bryceps2 this year, but really I wonder how much better he can make this squad... As a booster, AI has won a league title and lost in the second round last year. I think the Falcons will continue their streak of being an elite team in S38.
9. Gold Test Squad - jkid's ugly step kid, GTS, is always good but not great. I predict at the end of the year GTS will have lost 4 to 5 games (2 of which they should have won) and they WILL lose at least 1 game and nobody will understand why. So goes the life of GTS.
10. Birds Of Prey - Another season, another ridiculous name change for Birdman's squad. Will anybody else agree with me that the name hasn't been better since Iridescent? We should start a petition forcing Birdman to post his names before the season and let us decide.... He is on a bad streak with the last two team names/themes.
