why is offense play creator on it?

It's not as feasible as a lot of people assume. Bort seems to put a lot of work into plays, specifically with waypoints and the like. It's not as easy as slapping a desired route on a specific receiver.

This game would pretty much have to be shut down and restarted later going through alpha and beta all over again. lol

The offensive play creator would be an awful addition the current sim engine of GLB. It would be way too easy to mold routes that make defenses miserable. Which is why it is NGTH.
