Yep. I play Casual and enjoy it. Casual Pro is the top tier for those of us that choose that portion of the game. You cannot buy CPU teams in WL, and for the same (very valid reason) reason, you should not be able to buy CPU teams in Casual Pro. This could screw up the balance of the Eastern Conference or could wind up costing a team a playoff spot because a middle of the road team gets a freebie for opening day, while other middle of road teams may have tougher cross conference matchups. It is also going to lead to ridiculous stats with the 255-0 game thrown in there.
I will take it a step farther and say no Natty Pro team (Casual or Regular) should be able to be bought. Leave the team CPU until promotions/demotions, and then demote to Reg Pro and then once in Reg Pro, they can be bought.
