So why are there only 79 levels? Why cant we go to 100 or 80 or 82 or 90 why 79??

Smart thinking would have allowed higher levels, because I mean once you reach 79 anyway, the builds aren't too different and by allowing more boosts, you will have people literally paying $3-5 just to put a +1 into a single attribute or +2 or 3 into stupid shit like confidence...and you know people will pay to do that.

I assumed that was just a mathematical calculation (probably some # of standard deviations away from the average dot level) with some maximum value of 100. It's certainly not accurate on what is possible or planned, ldo.
79 was chosen for strategic reasons, and specifically isn't 80 because that only separates level 80 dots away from those without level 80 EQ. 79 gave the most room between the max level and the highest EQ possible to create more of a flat top where dots aren't limited.
