as I didnīt build a player for 5 or 6 seasons I cant remember. Is there a difference between creating on day 40 or day 41?

no, not any more. Before, way back when, you wanted to create on day 40 to get the most TP. Now, however, even if you create day 48 you still get the same set amount of TP as you would creating on day 40.
