While the rest spit out sarcasm the truth can be found in their replies. Does the team owner get any credit? What about the DC (if you were the OC of said undefeated team)? It'd be very hard to "formulate" a system for deciding who's worthy and who's not.
Perhaps a better way would to have a "Team" HOF where great teams are listed, along with all coaches, owners, and agents of that team. Everybody knows the history of the Yankees... but it's been more than one hand on the wheel and all hands are known. This would be easier to work with and probably more "correct" in it's accolades towards the userbase.
